You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short period of ordering – timings depend on your chosen delivery method (and will be set out in the acknowledgement email). You can’t change your order – you’ll need to cancel (and/or return original item(s), and re-order.
We currently do not offer gift vouchers for Nabs and Babs.
Nabs and Babs accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Shop Pay. Orders must be placed with a valid billing and shipping address. Your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once the item is received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund on your credit card within 5-7 business days
If your Nabs and Babs piece is not solid gold, to help protect the durability and high-quality of your jewellery, remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool. Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
Has your estimated delivery date elapsed? Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates. If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 30 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
You are welcome to return your item within 30 days if unwanted but we do kindly ask that you cover postage delivery costs. All items must be in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.
