We want you to love your Nabs And Babs jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Free Return Shipping
Return shipping is complimentary for all approved returns. We’ll provide a prepaid return label once your request is approved. To reduce waste, please reuse your original shipping bag or box whenever possible.
Condition
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Please retain the shipping bag or box in case you decide to return — it supports our circular-economy efforts.
Items not returned in this condition may be subject to a partial refund or a denied return.

Returns requested after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making you happy.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If there is no record of sale or your item was a gift, we’ll issue a Nabs And Babs store credit for the purchase amount.
Exchanges
If you’d like an exchange, please start a return using the button above and note the item you’d like instead. Exchange fulfillment depends on availability; price differences (if any) will be processed before shipping the new item.
Sustainability Note
Returned items that pass inspection are restocked or responsibly recycled in line with our sustainability commitments.
Payments
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt. We’ll process the order once payment is approved.
